Subscription Cancellation
Monthly Subscriptions
- Can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You retain access to all features until the end of your paid period
- No refund for partial months
Annual Subscriptions
- Can be cancelled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund
- After 7 days, pro-rata refunds available (minus 20% administrative fee)
- Minimum 3 months usage required for partial refunds

Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
- Service Issues: Refund available if service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to our technical issues
- Billing Errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges or billing errors
- Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any duplicate transactions
Non-Refundable Items
- Setup fees and onboarding charges
- Custom development work or integrations
- Third-party services or add-ons
- Training and consultation fees
- SMS credits and WhatsApp message credits
Refund Process & Timeline
Processing Time
- โ Refund request review: 2-3 business days
- โ Approval and processing: 5-7 business days
- โ Bank credit time: 5-10 business days (depending on bank)
- โ Total time: 12-20 business days from request
Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- UPI/Net Banking: Refunded to source account
- Wallets: Credited back to wallet balance
Payment Gateway
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. For payment-related queries or refund status, you may also contact Razorpay support directly.
Special Circumstances
Downtime Compensation
If our service experiences unplanned downtime exceeding our SLA commitments:
- 24-48 hours downtime: 1 week free service extension
- 48-72 hours downtime: 1 month free service extension
- 72+ hours downtime: Full monthly refund + 1 month free
