Upon successful subscription payment, you receive immediate access to:

  • Mobile Apps: Download links sent to your registered email
  • API Documentation: Available in your admin panel
  • Support Resources: Knowledge base and video tutorials

Delivery Time: Instant access upon payment confirmation (usually within 2-5 minutes)

Optional Hardware Delivery

If you purchase optional hardware accessories (barcode scanners, thermal printers, etc.), the following shipping policy applies:

Shipping Details

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days for metro cities
  • Non-Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Shipping Partners: Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC
  • Tracking: Tracking number provided via email and SMS

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000
  • ₹200 flat shipping fee for orders below ₹5,000
  • Remote area charges may apply (₹100-300 extra)

Delivery Issues & Support

Software Access Issues

If you face any issues accessing the software after payment:

Hardware Delivery Issues

For hardware delivery problems:

  • Track your shipment using the provided tracking number
  • Report delivery delays within 24 hours
  • Document damaged packages with photos before accepting
  • Refuse damaged deliveries and contact us immediately

International Access

Our software is accessible globally from any location with internet connectivity. However, our laundry service features and support are currently optimized for Indian market only.
