1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Jasfa Laundry, operated by Jasfa Freedom Traders Pvt Ltd (trading as Profit Traders). By accessing or using our laundry management platform and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, customers, and others who access or use the Service, including businesses, franchisees, and individual customers.

Business Model & Services: Jasfa Laundry operates a technology-enabled laundry service platform providing: (a) Direct laundry services to retail customers, (b) Franchise opportunities for entrepreneurs, (c) B2B laundry solutions for hotels and businesses, and (d) AI-powered laundry management software. Revenue is generated through service fees, franchise fees, subscription charges, and technology licensing.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the Jasfa Laundry platform, including the website, mobile applications, and related services
  • "User" refers to any individual or business entity using our Service
  • "Customer" refers to end-users who place laundry orders
  • "Franchisee" refers to business partners operating Jasfa Laundry outlets
  • "Content" refers to text, images, data, and other materials available through the Service

3. Service Description

Jasfa Laundry provides an AI-powered laundry management platform that enables:

  • Online ordering and management of laundry services
  • AI voice invoicing and photo-to-invoice capabilities
  • Real-time order tracking and delivery management
  • GST-compliant billing and invoicing
  • Payment processing through Razorpay and Stripe
  • Customer relationship management
  • Business analytics and reporting
  • Multi-language support

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate or infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code

6. Orders and Payments

6.1 Order Placement

When you place an order through our Service:

  • You are making an offer to purchase laundry services
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
  • Order confirmation will be sent via SMS/email
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST

6.2 Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Domestic (India): UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (processed via Razorpay)
  • International: Credit/Debit Cards (processed via Stripe)
  • Cash: Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available

Payment Processing Security: All online payments are processed through PCI DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay and Stripe). We do not store your complete card details on our servers. Card information is tokenized and encrypted by our payment partners. Transactions use 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure authentication where applicable.

Payment Confirmation: You will receive payment confirmation via SMS and email upon successful transaction. GST-compliant invoices will be generated automatically and sent to your registered email address.

Failed Transactions: If payment fails, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. Please contact your bank if you don't receive the refund.

6.3 Pricing and Fees

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

6.4 Refunds and Cancellations Policy

Cancellation by Customer:

  • Before Pickup: Full refund if cancelled before pickup (100% refund)
  • After Pickup, Before Processing: 50% refund minus pickup charges
  • After Processing Started: No refund (service already rendered)
  • Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled via app/website/phone

Refund Processing Timeline:

  • UPI/Wallets: 2-3 business days
  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
  • Cash Payments: Bank transfer within 7 business days

Service Issues & Compensation:

  • Damaged Items: Re-wash free or refund up to 10x service charge (max โ‚น5,000 per item)
  • Lost Items: Compensation up to โ‚น5,000 per item with valid proof
  • Delivery Delays: 20% discount on next order for delays beyond committed time
  • Quality Issues: Free re-wash or full refund based on customer preference
  • Claim Period: All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Pre-existing damage to garments (not reported before service)
  • Color bleeding due to garment quality (not our processing error)
  • Items not claimed within 30 days of service completion
  • Damage due to improper care instructions from customer
  • Subscription fees (non-refundable once activated)

Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to your registered bank account. Wallet credits may be offered as an alternative with 10% bonus (customer's choice).

7. Delivery Services

We provide pickup and delivery services across select cities in India. Delivery terms:

  • Pickup and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Customers must be available at the specified delivery address
  • Identification may be required for delivery
  • We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect address information

8. Service Quality and Liability

8.1 Quality Standards

We strive to provide high-quality laundry services. However:

  • Some fabrics may react differently to cleaning processes
  • Pre-existing damage may become more apparent after cleaning
  • Color bleeding is possible with certain garments
  • We recommend declaring valuable or delicate items

8.2 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to:

  • 10 times the service charge, or
  • โ‚น5,000 per item, whichever is lower
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

We are not liable for items left in pockets, damage to non-disclosed delicate items, or loss/damage due to customer-provided incorrect information.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jasfa Laundry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

10. Franchise Terms

Franchise partnerships are governed by separate Franchise Agreements. General terms include:

  • Minimum investment requirements apply
  • Territory exclusivity may be provided
  • Franchisees must adhere to brand standards
  • Training and support will be provided
  • Revenue sharing and royalty fees apply
  • Separate terms and conditions apply to franchise operations

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jasfa Laundry, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any third-party rights
  • Your conduct in connection with the Service

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India.

15. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve disputes amicably:

  • Contact our customer support first to resolve issues
  • If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to mediation
  • Legal action should be a last resort

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the platform.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jasfa Laundry.

BY USING OUR SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE SERVICE.

Merchant Disclosure: Jasfa Laundry is a registered merchant accepting online payments through authorized payment aggregators. All transactions are subject to verification and our right to refuse service. We maintain transparency in pricing and service terms at all times.
